Thanks. I actually got that photo from the NYC Parks page detailing the history of pools in the city. The page includes a photo of a floating barge pool--much like 2007's Floating Pool Lady--but floating barge pools in NYC date back to the 1870s! I'm glad such good ideas continue to resurface every few generations. And Dumpster Diver Pools could not have picked a better/sweatier summer to return than 2010.

Now THAT IS what I call an insightful thought on this subject. What I would advise perhaps is talking to other people actively involved in the scene and bring to day any conflicting points of view and then update or create a new article for us to stew over. I hope you'll take my ideas, I'm looking forward to it! Try to cover off on some graffiti characters as well if you can, they're everywhere at the moment.
